This policy is designed to ensure transparency regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling. By booking an appointment through our platform, you agree to adhere to the following terms.
- Appointment Bookings
Our platform allows users to book online appointments with doctors, with no subscription required. Please review the terms of rescheduling and cancellations below before booking.
- Refunds
- No Refunds: Refunds are not provided once an appointment is booked.
- Technical Issues: If technical problems on the application prevent you from attending an appointment, we will offer assistance in rescheduling.
- Unauthorised Transactions: If your account was charged without your authorisation, please contact us immediately.
- Appointments and Rescheduling Eligibility
- Rescheduling Due to Issues:In rare cases where issues arise, such as a doctor not being available for the scheduled appointment, please contact us at help@ring.healthcare. We will work with you to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.
- Rescheduling Limitations: Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, and each appointment can only be rescheduled a maximum of two times. Beyond this, a new appointment must be booked.
- Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled appointment for any reason whatsoever, no refunds or additional rescheduling will be provided.
- Requesting a Reschedule:
If a doctor does not attend the appointment or if there are significant technical issues, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email our support team at help@ring.healthcare with your account details and the nature of the issue.
- Verification: Our support team will review the issue and may ask for additional information.
- Rescheduling: If the issue qualifies, we will assist in rescheduling the appointment at no additional cost.
