RING Solutions Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency. Refund requests will be considered under the terms outlined below. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to this policy.
- Subscription Plans
Our premium features are available through subscription plans, which can be purchased on a monthly, bi-annual, or annual basis.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds for subscriptions are only granted under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the premium features and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of your initial complaint.
- Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchased a subscription, you must request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase.
- Unauthorised Transactions: If your account was charged without your authorisation, please contact us immediately.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the premium features after purchase.
- Partial Usage: If you have used the premium features partially during the subscription period.
- Subscription Renewal: If you forgot to cancel the subscription before it renewed.
- Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email our support team at help@ring.healthcare with your account details, i.e., your Full Name, Phone Number and Email Address, and the reason for the refund request.
- Verification: Our support team will verify your request and may ask for additional information.
- Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. You will be updated on the status of your refund via email.
- Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings in the app. Cancelling a subscription will stop the automatic renewal, but you will still have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
